She worked so hard for us, understanding the urgency and importance of our situation. She responded to texts, emails, and phone calls promptly, and even visited homes when I couldn't be in the area. She either FaceTimed us or sent us narrated videos of the homes & neighborhoods, after viewing them. Romina made time for me when I spontaneously decided to visit the area in late May. I literally decided to drive to Miami, and gave her 24 hours notice. She cleared her day and scheduled as many house showings as she could around our kid's soccer tryout schedule. Her work ethic speaks for itself as she worked on weekends to ensure we obtained the home that we wanted. We trusted her judgement and chose the home based solely on videos. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable in our home, even meeting us at our new home with her daughter, as we drove in late at night in the rain & seeing it for the first time in person, only to be more than pleasantly surprised. I can't say enough wonderful things about her, but wanted to make sure other military families get the opportunity to work with such a fabulous agent. It really eased the stresses of moving having someone like Romina working with us.

Honestly, we were skeptical of a realtor we didn't know but we couldn't have been happier from the first moment. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and real! We saw the property she had listed but it didn't meet our needs. She stayed with us until we finally did find our place and she was there on the day we signed and got the keys. She's a consummate professional and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. In fact, we have recommended her as she helped our daughter find a place as well. Upon lease renewal, she has offered to help us review the renewal contracts as well. Who else would do this? We've contacted her for information on exterminators, plumbers and even quit claim deed help for a friend of ours. She is a great source of information and is always quick to get back to us ... Romina is a rare find. We know she'll always be there for us and that's such a relief.

As a first time buyer, the home buying experience can be very overwhelming. To further the issue, I previously worked in the mortgage industry and therefore sadly approached this venture with the stigma that everyone is out to make a buck, at my expense of course!

That’s exactly what we found in Romina Arturi 8 years ago- a knowledgeable real estate professional, with an incredible understanding for the south Florida market and all its neighborhoods and nuances.  Most importantly, a professional that knows how to listen and identify the real needs of her clients.  As a military family, we were no strangers to the moving process. However, a move to Miami-Dade County was unlike any other we’ve ever done. The area is not the typical military town. Finding Romina was a breath of fresh air. She was extremely accommodating to our schedules, listened and addressed each of our needs and didn’t stop working until she found us our new home. She was not our first realtor. We had tried our luck with 3 other agents, but they were more interested in their own likings and were very persistent in steering us towards certain kinds of listings.
